Two things to have ready, then we go.

01

A free Claude account

  1. aGo to claude.ai and sign up. Email + password is enough.
  2. bOn the left rail, click Projects → New project. Name it after your business.
  3. cUpload your About page, your price list, and one email you're proud of. That's your "voice file."

A privacy gut-check

Before you paste anything, ask yourself: would I be okay if this showed up in someone else's training data?

Five ingredients. Every prompt.

If a prompt feels off, one of these is missing. The activities below already have CRAFT baked in — you just fill the blanks.

C
Context
Who you are, who it's for, what's going on.
R
Role
"Act as a copywriter / a CFO / my customer."
A

One specific thing you want. Not five.
F
Format
Email · table · 3 versions · 200 words.
T

Warm · blunt · formal — or paste a sample.

Seven activities. Pick the one that hurts most.

Each card opens a step-by-step guide with copy-paste prompts. Don't try to do all seven today — start with whichever weekly chore eats your most time.

Six DOs. Six DON'Ts.

✓ Do
  • Give Claude a role. "Act as a copywriter."
  • Show, don't tell. Paste examples of "good."
  • Specify the format. Length, structure, table.
  • Tell Claude what NOT to do.
  • New chat for a new topic.
  • Ask for 3 options when you can't decide.
✕ Don't
  • Ask open "what do you think?"
  • Assume Claude knows your brand.
  • Accept the first draft if it's off.
  • Paste anything sensitive — period.
  • Trust a stat or citation unverified.
  • Substitute for a lawyer / doctor / CPA.
